Hello, and welcome to my blog. My name is John J Parlatore, I am a Realtor with Century 21 Heritage Realty and associates. C21 Heritage has four local offices: Amesbury, Georgetown, Newburyport and Topsfield. I focus on Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire real estate, and work with both buyers and sellers from first time buyers to fine homes and estates. I have been licensed in both MA and NH for about four years, and I have loved every minute of it (well almost every minute!) I have seen the end of the real estate boom and seller's market of 2001 - 2004. I have suffered and survived very tough market conditions since then by adhering to one very simple principle: honesty. I choose to keep my clients informed as to the state of the market, real estate activity in and around our target areas, and any other information or resources available. I find that working hand in hand with my clients better serves them, and provides the knowledge and tools needed to understand any and all suggestions and recommendations made. My goal is 100% client satisfaction, and I rely heavily on my referral and repeat business. Real estate is a profoundly personal business relationship. As a realtor, I am trusted with one of my clients' largest assets, or most important financial decision. I need trust, and I strive to earn it. I genuinely care about doing right by my clients. My goal is to make selling or purchasing a home a pleasurable and stress free experience for my clients.
I created this blog as a resource and open forum (for those who choose to participate) for past clients, present clients and anyone else interested in New England real estate. Rather than bombard consumers with mountains of statistics, my aim is to assist in navigating an ever changing market, and provide yet another outlook. So in closing, welcome!
